ToolHub is built on a robust, modern and flexible server/client design, which means ‘no connection, no problem.’ This hub-and-spoke architecture allows each tool location to continue to operate normally and be synchronized when connectivity is restored.

As a web-enabled application, users outside of service shops like field service technicians and management can interact with the system on web-enabled computers and tablets.

Designed to work within existing business infrastructures, ToolHub uses a Microsoft-based architecture that allows new locations, including field service trucks, to be added easily as spokes to the main hub, creating a single, robust and flexible enterprise-wide solution that manages assets across multiple sites.
